Hop & Lavender

The floral scent of the soothing lavender, paired with the earthy tones from the home grown hops, provides a soothing and calming bar of soap. Made with local beef tallow, and rich olive oil, this bar will not only make your skin feel smooth and soft but will also provide a deep sense of calm to your day.

Hops are a known mostly as a beer ingredient but they contain oils which can relax the body as well as the mind. Lavender is known for its soothing effect. The two together are a perfect match. 

The hops we use are grown locally at my parents farm and harvested by hand, dried in house, and carefully packaged so as to keep their aroma full and their goodness rich throughout the year. For the hop lovers out there we use a mix of Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial hops! Hops are a favorite in our household as my husband and I are both former brewers, and are chosen for their unique abilities to create a relaxing atmosphere and enrich the skin.   

This bar of soap pairs well with a bubble bath and classical music.
